At Disney Music Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your collectible vinyl or CD is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if the item is defective.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all inserts and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
